I called at 7:45am in the morning for 11am appointment as my son had the flu. They let me go as a patient because it was the second appointment I called in for on the same day.
I offered to bring him and the receptionist said no not to worry. Only to receive a call from the manager stating I should find a new dentist because I had cancelled once before due to a car accident.

I've accommodated them by coming in early and to be treated this way was shocking.
