Manager: You make it very easy to post a facebook message but finding a telephone number for your store is impossible. I would have preferred to speak to a manager in person. It would appear that your store has 2 sets of policy rules. Some are permitted to visit the store for their first time without a membership card. We were not amongst that group. A week ago my husband and I were turned away the attendant at the door because we did not have a membership. When I questioned this 2 others supported the attendants stance and Jill, who appeared to be in a managerial position, told us we needed to buy a membership first and if not happy could ask for our money back. This was the same day other friends asked if they could look around before deciding to become members and were permitted to do so. Not fair! I doubt I will be in your store again! Maureen
