Customer service completely escapes them particularly one extremely rude & disrespectful employee named Tehya. Went to fill propane...took an hour! They have closed the parking lot entrance to the Garden Centre so in order to get propane you need to go all the way into the store & hope you actually find an employee in the garden centre. I didn’t find anyone walked back in to track someone down & was told I have to go & pay then go out & leave my propane at the garden centre gate. Are you kidding me? Do you think some signage instruction on the garden centre gate would be helpful to your customers that keep you in business? Or maybe put an employee at the gate to the garden centre to make it convenient for your customers! After all, we keep you in business. I paid for propane had to exit the store to enter it again and go find...
